1 cup water1 pinkie nail sized piece of ginger root, peeled and sliced1-2 cups kalehalf frozen banana1" slice fresh pineapple, with core1 apple, quartered1/2 cup lowfat vanilla organic yogurtabout a cup of ice cubes
Directions
add ingredients in order listed to a high-powered blender, blend 60 seconds--add stevia to sweeten if needed. serves about 3 cups. Good to start the day with!!
