Spicy Turkey and Potato Soup

20oz ground turkey2 med. russet potatoes chopped1 cup dice onions2 clove garlic60 oz water4-5 t chicken bullion75g kaleseason with crush red pepper salt pepper, granulated garlic and a little oregano
Cook turkey with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and crushed red pepper( I sprinkle the meat lightly) drain and set aside. In pot add water, bullion, onion, garlic and potatoes. Bring to a boil and simmer 20 min or until the potatoes are soft. Add turkey and Kale. Simmer 5 minutes or until kale is cooked to you liking. I add more pepper and crushed red pepper at this time. I like it spicy!
