Roasted Red Pepper Cream Cheese

Allow the cream cheese to soften, in the mean time roast the red pepper. Lightly coat the pepper with cooking spray or olive oil and place in 375 F oven for 15 minutes or until blackened. Turn pepper 7 minutes into cook time. Place blackened pepper in covered dish to "sweat" for 5 minutes. Pull away skin, a seed. Place cleaned roasted pepper in food processor with softened cream cheese, Enjoy!
Yield: 1 cup or 16 Tbsp. Serving size = 1 Tbsp.
