3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips1(14oz) can fat free sweet condensed milk1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa2 large eggs (or 4whites)1/3 cup flour1 tsp baking POWDER1 tsp vanilla extract
Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In saucepan, over low heat melt chips with milk and cocoa. In bowl, combine chocolate mixture with remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan, Bake 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool, store tightly covered at room temp.
Makes 18 good size brownies, they are thin nut get rid of that chocolate craving!
