Tuna Protein Sandwich

Ingredients
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal1 large fresh egg1 can tuna canned in water1/4 cup chopped onions.5 tbsp garlic powderrye bread 4 slices - thin
Directions
Cook your oatmeal according to package instruction. Add egg and tuna, drained. Add onions and garlic powder. Mix until completely mixed. Toast bread. Makes two patties. Enjoy.
