Tuna Protein Sandwich

Ingredients
1/4 cup cooked oatmeal1 large fresh egg1 can tuna canned in water1/4 cup chopped onions.5 tbsp garlic powderrye bread 4 slices - thin
Directions
Cook your oatmeal according to package instruction. Add egg and tuna, drained. Add onions and garlic powder. Mix until completely mixed. Make two patties and put in a pan sprayed with Pam. Turn and brown on both sides. Toast bread. Enjoy.
