6 cups cooked pasta1 cup grated parmesan cheese4 tablespoons olive oil3 cloves garlic1 extra large egg 2 tablespoons parsley
boil water for pasta, in a large bowl scramble egg, and add half of cheese to it, mix well. finely chop parsley and set aside. put oil in a small frying pan, finely chop or press garlic into oil. when water comes to boil cook pasta til al dente, about 8 minutes. heat oil and cook garlic until opaqe, about 3 or 4 minutes. take off the heat and set aside. drain pasta reserving a quarter cup of the water. pour drained pasta into the bowl with the egg. pour reserved water over pasta, then pour oil and all of the garlic over pasta, toss till its all coated with all ingredients, toss in parsley and season with salt and pepper to taste, and the rest of the cheese toss once again and serve.
