2 c all-purpose flour2 3/4 c whole wheat flour4 c sugar1.5 tsp baking powder1.5 tsp baking soda1.5 tsp salt1.5 tsp nutmet1.5 tsp cinnamon1.5 tsp cloves6 eggs1 (29oz) can pumpkin1 c unsweetened applesauceOptional:1.5 cups raisins1 c chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 3-12 cup muffin pans or line with paper liners.
2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, and ground cloves. In a seperate bowl, mix the eggs, pumpkin, and applesauce, until smooth. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly to make a smooth batter.
3. Bake for 30 - 35 mins
Optional: Add Raisins & walnuts
