low carb vanilla almond pancakes

Ingredients
almond flour 2 tbsflax meal (ground fine) half cupoat bran (ground fine) half cupcarbquick, cupsalt, 1 tspbaking soda, 1tspsplenda, 2-3 serving packsegg beaters, half cupvanilla sugar free almond milk, 2 and a half cupslight and fit carb and sugar control vanilla cream yogurt, 4 oz
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together. Add all other ingredients. Cook on hot griddle sprayed with cooking spray. Cook a little longer than regular pancakes as these are heavier. Serve with a little sugar free syrup. Freeze leftovers (when they cool) in a freezer bag. They break apart easily for reheating in the mic. Note: I use a coffee bean grinder to grind flax meal and oat bran as fine as flour.
