Chicken Paprikash Soup

Ingredients
8 oz cooked white meat chicken1 Tbsp paprika2 tsp water1 C yellow onion, chopped2 C carrots, chopped1 C celery, chopped1 C tomato sauce1 C water2 chicken bouillon cubes1-2 tsp dried basilsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pot, saute onion, carrots and celery in 2 tsp water until softened. Add 1 C water and bouillon; cook 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add chicken, paprika, tomato sauce, basil and salt/pepper. Cover & simmer at least 30 minutes or put in small crockpot for a few hours.
