Ingredients
2 cups cooked Brown RiceGarlic, 2 clove 1 cup chopped Yellow Onion - 1 cup chopped Bell Peppers-multi colored1 medium zucchini, sliced1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Saute onion garlic and peppers. when cooked half way add zucchini. cook a few more minutes and add pre-cooked brown rice. Saute another few minutes and serve.
