Flat Belly Diet - Edamame Potato Salad

1 cup shelled and boiled edamame1 - 3 oz red potatoe1 tsp rice vinegar1 tsp light canola oil mayonnaise2 scallionsblack pepper
Directions
Combine 1 cup shelled and boiled Edamame with a boiled, then chopped 3 ounce red potatoe, 1 teaspone rice viegar, 1 teaspon canola oil mayonnaise, and 2 scallions thinly sliced. Season with black pepper. Serves 1 for Lunch or Dinner ..or two for a side dish.
