16 oz 1% Cottage Cheese2 1/2 C Crushed Pineapple (do not drain)1 C Canned Mandarin Oranges (do not drain)1 pkg Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding8 oz Light Cool Whip Topping (or equivalent)
Combine cottage cheese, crushed pineapple and instant pudding. Mix well. Add mandarin oranges, mix well. Fold in
light whipped topping. Chill and serve. Makes 9 1-cup servings.
