BHG Szechuan Sauce

Ingredients
3 tbsp. cooking sherry3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp. water2 tbsp. hoisin sauce2 tsp. cornstarch2 tsp. ground ginger1 tsp. sugar1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)black pepper to taste2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Combine all ingredients well. After stir-frying desired ingredients, add sauce to center of pan or wok. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, and stir throughout meat and vegetables. Allow to cook 1-2 minutes until sauce is heated thoroughly.
