Ingredients
1/2 Whole Wheat Pita1/4 cup diced Onions1/4 cup sliced tomato1/4 cup diced baby spinach, fresh1/4 diced red peppers3/8 cup fat free mozzarella (Kraft)1 Tbsp dry basil or 2Tbsp fresh
Directions
place all ingredients inside of or on top of the pita and cook in the oven at 350 for 5-10 min until it reaches the crispiness you desire.
Pita should cook more quickly if you have placed the items inside of it, and take more time if you have the items piled on top of it. I recommend putting the cheese in/on last to help hold everything together.
Treat the tomatoes as your sauce, i recommend placing them down first.
