Saice1 lb. ground turkey1 medium tomato chopped1 can diced tomatoes1 large green pepper chopped finely1.5 medium onions " "4 Tbsp. oil12 cooked baby carrots chopped3/4 cup cooked lima beans3/4 cup cooked peas3 cloves garlic2 teaspoons ground cumin2 beef bullion cubes dissolved in 1 cup hot water1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce chopped very finely ( without seeds)salt to tasteSarza:1/2 medium onion sliced thin1 medium tomato chopped1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (as above described)
Fry meat, onion, tomatoes and green pepper in oil for about 15 min. add garlic, cumin and salt and fry briefly add bullion water and remaining ingredients (of saice) simmer on very low heat until ready to serve.
For sarza: mix all ingredients and sarze a little on top of each plate of saice to add extra flavor and spice if desired
Serve Saice over hot white rice with one small boiled potato on the side for full Bolivian experience :)
