Cyndi's Potato Corn Chowder

Ingredients
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 2 cup kernels (remove) * Safeway Shredded Potatoes, 10 cup (remove) * *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 cup (remove) * *Evaporated fat free skim milk 12 oz can -GREAT VALUE, 24 oz (remove) * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove) * *Swanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Put all ingredients in the crock [I have a 12+cup], go back to bed for awhile. Cook in crock til it's all tender, I usually add a can of water so liquid just covers and cook it on low for 5 hours or so. On high for 3-4. Get up and have some. Feel better. Seriously. Makes about 12 one cup servings.
