Hot Turkey Italian Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 T Olive Oil4 links Turkey Italian Sausage (removed from skins)1 med onion2 cups mushrooms1 c sour cream8 oz Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
Directions
1) Boil water for pasta. Cook according to package instruction.
2) Coat deep frying pan w/ olive oil. Over med-high heat cook italian sausage until browned. Remove.
3) In remaining fat, saute onion and mushrooms until tender. Remove remaining fat and replace sausage.
4) Stir in sour cream.

Serve over pasta, with simple vegetable.
