Pumpkin Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Turkey

Ingredients
1 lb of Ground Turkey 99% fat free1/2 cup Chopped Onion1 8 oz. package of fresh mushrooms1 cup of chicken broth2 garlic cloves minced1 tbsp of ground sage1 tsp ground red pepperdash of white pepper
Directions
Spray skillet with canola oil and heat. Brown ground turkey over medium height for 3-4 minutes. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook for several minutes. Add all spices, broth and finally stir in canned pumpkin. Sea Salt to taste. I prefer a drizzle of honey. Goes wonderful on top of wheat pasta or spaghetti squash.
