Ingredients
2 cups potatoes, diced1 large carrot, diced1 cup leeks, chopped, white part only1 medium garlic clove, minced4 cups fat-free chicken broth1 teaspoon bay leaf, crumbled, or 1 whole leaf1/4 teaspoon black pepper6 oz. cooked Canadian style bacon, diced1/2 cup fat-free milk1/2 cup fat-free half & half cream
Directions
Makes 8 servings (1 1/2 cups each)

In slow cooker, combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

Stir in milk and half & half. Heat through, uncovered, about 10 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
