Portabella Mushroom sandwich

Ingredients
Large Portabella Mushroom cap1 slice veggy swiss cheese (soy)1 green onion1 tbsp spicy guacamole1 roma tomato, sliced
Directions
Place portabella mushroom cap in small bowl with 3 tbsp. water underneath. Place plate over top of bowl and then microwave for 3 minutes. Place cooked mushroom on clean towel and absorb excess water. Layer tomato slices, then mushroom, veggy swiss cheese, green onion (not chopped). Cheese will melt over mushroom. Put guacamole on top of bread and then place on top to finish the sandwich.
