Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef1 can of cream of Onion reduce sodium1 can of cream of Mushroom reduces sodium1/2 cup 2% milk2 cups elbow macaroni2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
cook hamburger until brown drain Salt and pepper to taste
add soup and milk let stand
cook macaroni
mix together and put into cake pan add cheese and bake at 350 10 mins.
makes 8 servings

    I just made this and it is so yummy. I really have to push myself away from the table because I wanted more than 1 serving but after about 20 minutes I felt ok with it - 1/27/11
