Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 large onion, chopped2 tbsp flour2 tbsp oil1 cup 1% milk1 can whole kernal corn4 cups mashed potatoes
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Brown ground beef.
Add onion and saute with beef.
Add flour and oil to beef and cook thoroughly.
Add milk to create gravy.
Layer beef in bottom of casserole dish, followed by corn and then the mashed potatoes.
Bake 30 minutes
