Citrus Grilled Salmon

2 tbsp. Salt and Pepper Blend4, 4 oz. salmon fillets4 slices of lemon4 slices of orange2 Tbsp. White Winecooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with cooking spray.
3. Lay fish in pan. Coat each fillet with your salt and pepper blend.
4. Alternate slices of lemon and orange on top of fish. Sprinkle fish with wine.
5. Place in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn oven to 325 degrees F and continue to cook 5 minutes. Rest 3-4 minutes before serving.
