4- 4 oz Tilapia fillets3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese3 Tablespoons dried Rosemary1 Tablespoon dried parsley4 tablespoons dried garlic1 tablespoon paprika
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a shallow dish, combine cheese, crushed rosemary, crushed parsley, garlic and paprika. Dredge fillets in the cheese mixture. Place on foil lined baking sheet and bake until fish is opaque in the thickest part. 10 to 15 minutes.
