Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Chicken Breast, no skin, 10 ounces, sliced * Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, julienned * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/4 cup, julienned * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, julienned , 1/4 cup * Chili powder, 1 tsp * *Cumin seed, 1/2 tbsp * Salt, 1 tsp * Cilantro, chopped, 2 tbsp
Directions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add chicken and onion, and saute for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add peppers, chili powder, cumin, and salt, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in cilantro and serve. Makes 2 servings.
