Ingredients
2 apples1 cup diced pineapple1/2 cup not from concentrate O.J.1/2 cup blueberries2 TBL ground flax seed1 tsp. fiber-sure (or other fiber supplement)
Directions
Using a juicer, juice the 2 apples. Put juice in blender. Add O.J., pineapple, blueberries, flax, and fibersure. Blend for approx 2 minutes. Drink.
