Fettuccine sauce

Ingredients
3 tbs butter1 tsp onion finely chopped2 tbs flour2 cup warmed milk1/4 cup Parmesan cheese1 tsp salt1-3 cloves ( i usually add them gradually until i get taste i like)pinch of nutmeg2 ounces of cheese
Directions
Make sauce:
on stove top med-low
1. melt butter and flour and cook/stir for 1 min
2. slowly whisk in milk until thickens and boils
3 simmer and season 2-3 min
~Taste and add more spice if you like~
cook 2 boneless/skinless chicken breast 1 inch cubes,
cook pasta
add chicken, sauce and pasta together and serve.
