Healthified Salsa-Beef Chili

Ingredients
1lb extra-lean (at least 90%) ground beef1 lg onion, chopped (1 cup)2 cloves garlic, finely chopped2 cans (14.5oz ea) Nuir Glen organic, No Salt Added, diced tomatoes, undrained1 jar (16oz) Nuir Glen organic mild or medium salsa1 can (15oz) Muir Glen organic tomato sauce1 can (15oz) dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed1 can (15oz) black beans, drained, rinsed1/2 cup water2 Tbsp chili powder2 tsp sugar1 tsp ground cumin1 tsp dried oregano leavesReduced-fat sour cream, if desiredChopped green onions, if desired
Directions
1. In a 4-qt nonstick Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain. Return to Dutch oven. Add garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.

2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except sour cream and green onions. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. To serve, top individual servings with sour cream and green onions.
