Homemade Honey Mustard

Honey, 0.5 cup Pepper, black, 1 tsp Basil, 0.33 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1 tsp Dijon Mustard, 5 serving Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
Combine Honey, Dijon Mustard, Basil, Black Pepper and Parsley in a mixing cup and reserve for about 1 hr so seasonings can "set".
Take the three pieces of Chicken Breast (they should already be boneless and skinless), cut into chunks.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Put the chicken chunks into a casserole dish evenly and pour the honey mustard mix on top.
Bake Chicken for 20 minutes on 400 Degrees.
I serve this over Rice with Red Bell Peppers.
