Cornmeal Biscuits

Ingredients
1 1/2 c flour all purpose1/2 cup cornmeal2 tsp baking powder2/3 cup buttermilk, lowfat1/3 cup cooking oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Pour in the wet ingredients and mix just until it comes together. Turn onto floured board and pat or roll 1/2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutters. Bake in 425 degree oven 12-14 minutes until light brown.

    The recipe needs to reflect that it makes at least 12 biscuits. So you should enter .08 for each biscuit for the amount or total of what you eat. Each one is worth 122 calories, roughly.
