Linguine with spinach and blue cheese

Barilla Linguine, 4 oz Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yieldsRoquefort Cheese, 1 package (3 oz)Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
cook pasta as indicated until al dente
in a sauté pan, heat olive oil, add finely chopped garlic and onion, wait until slightly brown
add spinach and roquefort cheese (any other blue cheese will do too, i like also bleu d'auvergne)
salt and pepper
enjoy!
