Yummy Applesauce Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 C quick cooking oats1/4 C whole wheat flour1/4 C all purpose flour1 T baking powder1 C skim milk2 T sugarless applesauce4 egg whites
Directions
In a bowl, combine the oats, flours and baking powder. In another bowl combine the milk, applesauce and egg whites; add to dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a heated griddle until bubbles appear, then flip.

*Note* 2 pancakes = 1 serving
Also, the original recipe didn't call for it, but I also splash in some vanilla and cinnamon for added flavor. I top mine with warm applesauce, I hope you enjoy!
