Giant Oatmeal Raisin Breakfast Cookie

* Granulated Sugar, 1.25 cup * *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp * Egg white, 4 * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Rolled Oats, 3 cup * Oat Bran, 2 cup * *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp * Baking Powder, .5 tsp * Raisins, .75 cup, packed * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp * Brown Rice Syrup, .75 cup * Prune puree or prune baby food, 10 oz
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coast baking sheets. In bowl combine sugar, brown rice syrup, oil, prune puree, egg whites and vanilla. Add Oats, bran, flour, baking soda, baking powder. Stir in raisins ad cinnamon. Drop 1/2 cup at a time onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
