Ingredients
4 cups milk2 1/2 cups raw shredded coconut4 Tablespoons Sweetened, condensed milk3 cups Pearl Tapioca3/4 cup coconut milk3/4 cup granulated sugar
Directions
In an ovenproof dish, place the tapioca, coconut and sugar and mix well. Bring milk, coconut milk and condensed milk to a boil. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well. Cover with a cotton dishtowel and leave in a protected place for two hours. Check to see if it is softened. If not, leave a little longer. Once softened, move to refrigerator.
