Batatyachi Bhaji (Indian-style potatoes)

Ingredients
-5 small potatoes-2 tbsp + 1 tsp olive oil-1/4 tsp + 1/2 tsp cumin, separated-1/8 tsp turmeri-1/2 tsp chili powder-1/2 tsp coriander seeds-1/2 tsp lemon juice-dash salt
Directions
Dice potatoes into even pieces (about 1/2 inch cubes).
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add mustard seeds. When they pop, add 1/4 tsp cumin. Sautee 1 or 2 minutes, and add turmeric and chili powder, quickly followed by potatoes. Mix under potatoes are evenly coated with oil.
Add 1/2 tsp cumin, coriander seeds, and a dash or salt. Mix well and cook until potatoes are tender or crisp (depending on your taste).
Add lemon juice, mix, and serve warm.
