Gabe's Marinara Sauce

Ingredients
3-29oz cans of pureed tomatoes1 cup red wine2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp ground thyme2 Tbsp Basil 1 tsp sage2 Tbsp Olive Oil1 cup water1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Sautee all spices in Olive oil, 1 minute. Add red wine and sautee additional 3 minutes. Add Tomato puree, stirring regularly. Add one cup water to wash out cans and add to sauce. Bring to low boil for 15 minutes. Adjust heat to low and cook one hour stirring every 5-10 minutes.

Serve over pasta, or other main course.
