Curried Vegetarian Noodles

Ingredients
1.5 tbsp canola oil1.5 minced garlic1 tbsp minced fresh ginger1.5 tbsp curry powder2.5 cups thinly sliced onions2 cups thinly sliced bell pepper4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage.25 cup chicken broth3 tbsp soy sauce.5 tsp sugar1 tsp salt.25 tsp black pepper.5 lb rice stick noodles, prepared
Directions


Mix together first 3 ingredients and stir fry in a hot wok. Add next 3 and stir fry until almost done. Add the next 5 and cook 1 min. Then add noodles, mix well and serve.
Makes 6 1.5 cup servings
