Black Bean Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 cup canned black beans1/2 cup natural apple sauce1/2 cup skim milk2 T unsweetened cocoa powder 1 T honey
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth and thick, spray baking dish with PAM, and bake at 350 degrees until cake doesn't stick to fork (~45 minutes).
