Ingredients
4 Lamb Shanks (small)1 Can Tomato Puree1/4 Cup Raisins1 TBSP Whole Cardamom1 TSP Paprika1 TSP Cumin1 TSP Ground Coriander1 TSP Ground Cloves1 TSP Ground Nutmeg1 TSP Ground Cinnamon1 TBSP Sea Salt
Directions
This recipe is for 4 individual lamb shank servings. It pairs beautifully with my Lentil Puree!

Place the lamb shanks in the bottom of a slow cooker. Pour tomato puree over the shanks. Sprinkle the raisins and the cardamom over the shanks.

In a bowl, mix all of the other ingredients, then evenly sprinkle over the lamb shanks.

Cook on high for roughly 5 hours. Serve shanks with sauce poured over the top.

*NOTE...you may prefer to remove the cardamom pods prior to serving.
