44 oz. fat free Chicken Broth2 cups water1 lb. cooked cubed chicken breast2 med carrots, chopped1 small onion, chopped3 stalks celery, chopped1 tsp. lemon pepper (to taste)1 tsp. oregano1 pkg cheese tortellini2 cups broccoli florets
Combine broth, water, chicken, carrots, celery, onion, lemon pepper and oregano. Bring to a boil, reduce heat & cook for 15-20 minutes. Add Tortellini & broccoli & cook for 10-15 more minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (optional). Makes 6 servings.
