Sour Cream Pear Pie

Crust:1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker crumbs1/3 cup white sugar6 tbs butter, melted1.2 tsp ground cinnamonPie:3/4 cup sugar1 tbs all-purpose flour1 pinch salt1 egg, beaten2 (15 ounce) cans pears, drained and choppedTopping:1/2 cup sugar2/3 cup butter2/3 cup all-purpose flour
Makes 12 serving
Crust: Mix all ingrediants and press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool
Pie:
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all incrediants except for topping. Pour into crust.
Bake for 25 minutes. While pie is baking, make topping
Stir together sugar and flour. Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over pie and Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Cool completely before serving
