Roasted Red Pepper and Chicken Pita Pizzas

Ingredients
1 small 4" whole wheat pita1/4 cup marinara sauce2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced thin3 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced thin1/4 cup roasted red peppers (best if you roast them yourself rather than buy them in a jar)1/2 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Brush pita with olive oil, all the way to edge. Spread marinara sauce over pita leaving 1/4 inch border. Arrange mozzarella, chicken, and peppers on pita.

Bake pita until mozzarella is melted and everything is heated through.

Remove from even and sprinkle with fresh basil.

Makes 1 serving.
