Peanut Flour Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 medium ripe bananas1 egg1/4 cup canola oil1/2 cup sugar1 cup peanut flour (I used the flour from Trader Joe's)1 cup all-purpose flour3/4 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/4 teaspoon ground nutmegpinch of ground ginger1/2 teaspoon kosher salt3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.

Whisk together bananas, the egg, oil, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. In a medium bowl, combine flours, baking soda, spices, and salt. Add dry mixture to wet mixture, and stir to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.

Spread batter in loaf pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
