crock pot shredded bbq chicken

Ingredients
3 cups shredded, cubed dark chicken meat8 tablespoons KC Masterpiece Low Calorie BBQ sauce
Directions
First place skinned, dark chicken pieces (approx. 6 thighs) into crockpot to cook. HIgh 3-4 hours, Low 6-8 hours (I usually cook my all night on low)

When chicken pieces are cooked, cook, debone, and shred.
Place back into crockpot and add 8 tablespoons of BBQ low calorie sauce and cook on low 30min. to an hour and serve.

Serve on whole wheat buns with a slice of tomato and reduced cheese.
