    Nice and moist!
I folded more than stirred the dry into the wet because the first time I made they I over mixed and had pointy tops and chewy centers - 6/12/13

    Top-notch recipe--highly recommended. Some modifications we've done:

    - Use 6 oz. of light yogurt
    - Add a tablespoon of honey
    - Double the amount of fruit
    - Try other dried fruits like cranberries and apples and "mixed berries"
    - Use almonds, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, or macadamia nuts - 4/12/09

My husband and I love these. We make a batch every week with a diff. dried fruit or nut, and the variety is great! We add a little extra yogurt and 1 tbsp of honey to keep them extra moist. This is our go-to recipe! Thank you for sharing! - 3/15/09

Yummy!! tried it with 1 scant cup of brown sugar. Since I did not have splenda brown sugar blend and it worked great!. Next time will try mixing in all wet t once so batter is not over mixed. - 12/6/08

OOOH ... I was all set to make these but I do not eat artificial sweeteners ... would this recipe work using real brown sugar and plain unflavored yogurt? - 7/19/08
