Ingredients
1 lb. butter2 lbs. brown sugar (1 plastic bag)4 c. white sugar3 t. apple cider vinegar3 t. Karo light syrup12 large eggs8 t.baking soda2 1/2 lbs. crunchy peanut butter18 c. quick oatmeal1 lb. M & M's1 lb. (12oz + 6oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine ingredients in order. THis is a very cumbersum dough. You need a BIG bowl & strong wooden spoon to mix. I suppose you could use your hands if u wanted. Use ice cream scoop or heaping teaspoon full of dough on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes depending on desired consistancy. Do not overbake. Remove to cooling racks or waxed paper. Store in plastic bags or large tupperware.

I prefer to make this and freeze the dough. This recipe makes A LOT of cookies and they go bad b/4 we get them all eaten.

Also, I use the heaping teaspoon method as it makes smaller cookies.

Makes approx. 300 cookies about 2 inches across.
