Chile Verde Beef

Ingredients
1 beef or pork roast2 cans diced chiles1 large can green enchilada sauce1 large can diced potatoes (optional)
Directions
slow cook beef with one can of green chiles, shred when done
add potatoes (optional)
add 1 large can of green enchilada sauce and another can of diced chiles
heat til warm
serve on whole wheat tortilla, use greek yogurt instead of sour cream
