One Step Baked Ziti

Ingredients
8 oz. low fat cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)1 jar Ragu Light Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce6 oz. fat free mozzarella cheese1/4 c. fat free grated cheese topping1 tsp. garlic powder2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce (low sodium)1 tsp. beef boullion powder (low sodium)-optional 1 boxe whole wheat penne' pasta1 1/2 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl (reserve about 2 oz. of mozzarella cheese for later). Mix well. Pour carefully into a large lasagna pan and cover with foil. Bake for 55 minutes.

Remove foil and sprinkle with the remaining 2 oz. of cheese. (Sometimes I also sprinkle on some fat free grated cheese topping). Bake for about 5 more minutes uncovered.

Makes approximately 16 servings.

Serve with a tossed salad with lots of crunchy veggies and a light balsamic dressing.
