Angel Hair Spaghetti with Artichokes

Ingredients
1 medium thinly sliced Onion2 cloves Garlic, chopped16 oz. can Artichokes hearts8 oz. jar button Mushrooms4 oz. jumbo Black Olives, sliced1 tsp Parsley1 tsp Oregano 3 8 oz cans Tomato Sauce1 4 oz jar Capers 16 oz pkg Angel Hair Spaghetti, cooked according to pkg.
Directions
Drain liquid from Artichoke hearts into skillet. Place hearts in separate bowl, removing any hard parts. Combine other ingredients to artichokes and set aside.

Add garlic, onions and mushrooms to skillet with artichokes. Saute in liquid until tender. Add all other ingredients to skillet and simmer 10-15 minutes until hot.

Add additional tomato sauce or fresh tomatoes, according to taste.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce 5 minutes before serving over cooked angel hair.

Serve with Garlic Bread and Salad and enjoy!
